1. Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled by emailing info@aceofprints.ca before the order has been shipped. Once shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
2. Custom/Personalized Products
Because our products are custom-manufactured with your uploaded images, personalized products are non-refundable except in cases of manufacturing defects or damage during shipping.
3. Damaged Products
If your print arrives damaged:
- Contact us within 14 days of delivery
- Provide photos of the damage
- We will send a free replacement within 48 hours
4. Manufacturing Defects
If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect (color inaccuracy, printing errors, finish issues), contact us with photos, and we will either replace the item or issue a full refund.
5. Non-Personalized Products
Non-personalized items (accessories, cleaning supplies, wall mount kits) can be cancelled before shipment. Once shipped, standard return policies apply.
6. Refund Process
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
